Very convenient to eateries, transport. Garden studio well set up & stocked for breakfast preparation. Very comfortable & clean, renovated. Handy having the extra single bed/sofa as well as the double bed. Lots of pillows. Kitchenette has sink, bar fridge, microwave & portable hotplate, but you can also use main kitchen if needed. Access to the garden studio is through the main house, so you also have access to extra toilets if your ensuite is in use.

My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. As a solo traveler there was plenty of space in my room for my belongings. There are plenty of showers for the number of guests. The shared kitchen is well appointed with plenty of room for guests to store and prepare their food. Dalziel Lodge is super conveniently located for public transport options.

The kitchen and toilet are well designed and hygienic. The staff cleaned the hotel meticulously. The location is good, it's easy to get access to the Metro and bus, meanwhile, it's not far from the CBD. It's worthy of noting that the service call is always excellent and the staff pick up the rings in time every time.

The Lodge was in a perfect location for us- just 5 minutes easy walk for our son's place. Also 5 minutes from Mater Hospital! The place was very clean, and they seemed to have thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The staff although not as always on site are contactable and helpful. I helped a lady contact them when she locked her keys and phone in her room, and they could readily provide the new key. When my husband did the same thing, he also got a new key provided...all without anyone saying you idiot!

We absolutely loved the unique architecture of the Dalziel Lodge’s historic building. The charm of the property really stood out! Our children were especially delighted with the special pillows provided for them, as well as the selection of books in the common area. The complimentary breakfast was also a lovely touch. We were fortunate to find free street parking available for the entire duration of our stay, which was a huge bonus. Additionally, the great price made our experience even more enjoyable and was a key factor in our positive review.

Very nice accommodation, in a big old house with a lot of history. Its located in a very quiet area but close to the center of Sydney nonetheless (about 50min walking). I really liked the facilities and the whole house was taken care of and well renovated. The private room (15) was great with air condition, tv, towels, etc. free self serve stuff for breakfast in yhe refrigerator and kitchen area downstairs. The place is like a hostel, but much better quality and a bit fancier.

Lovely old building renovated inside. Great facilities, and very quiet rooms despite the number of visitors. Well-stocked shared kitchen for meal preparation. Comfortable shared spaces. Easy access on check-in and throughout stay. Friendly staff members. Convenient access to/from public transport and local cafes/supermarkets. Great value for money in a beautiful, safe, and quiet area of Sydney. Thank you for a lovely stay, and we intend to return!!

This is a beautiful character home in one of the most desirable neighbourhoods. Bathrooms are shared, although generally there were no issues with access & is still far superior to the usual "backpacker' style & facilities. Breakfast is basic but a welcome addition to the experience. A thoughtful addition is the excellent range of teas, 2 different toast options & provision of alternative milks. A team of people clean daily & generally, everything is spotless. There is also a washing machine & dryer (additional fee) & an iron & ironing board available- which again, are very welcome & necessary. Highly recommended at this price point.

- Free foods and condiments; we could eat serial and sandwich bread, and use some condiments for free. - Kind staff; when I asked them for help and I couldn’t understand what they said, staff explained many times so kindly. - Friendly guests; most of them were so friendly and kind. I enjoyed talking and sometimes eating together. - Laundry and dryer for $4, but free detergent.

We were really happy with our accomodation at Dalziel Lodge. We stayed in the Garden Studio room, and it was private, with its own little courtyard. Everything you could possibly want was catered for. Unlike most accomodation we have stayed in, they supply the bare minimum of coffee, tea etc, Dalziel provided loads of pantry items. We even had breakfast provided. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be back to stay. Thank you for making it such a comfortable stay.
